MINDFULNESS PROJECT

I am currently working on a personal project to help raise awareness, and reduce stigmas and concerns over health, mental heath, social media bullying and personal issues of any form. Parts of this project are dear to my heart and raising awareness shows we have nothing to be frightened or feel judged about. If you know a loved one suffering from any condition - help others be mindful ... help is all around when you know where to look.

Each subject shares their stories and explain what emotions they feel through stages of their on personal journey and how they use different mediums to try and help improve symptoms along their paths.
